We’re thrilled to introduce the Pimp my Pantry range from Think Flavour, a food innovation company founded by Nicki Russell, a seasoned food developer and innovator with a contagious passion for creating mouth-watering delights that bring people together.

With years of experience in the food industry, Nicki has taken the bold step to kick off the Pimp my Pantry offer with an innovative Pimp my Braai and Pimp my Mayo ranges. We’re also proud to partner with Six Dogs Distillery going forward, a collaboration where we can both learn and grow together.
Our Debut and Motto
We’re starting with two excitingranges that punch above their weight, with many new ideas still to come.. Our motto is simple: Innovate. Elevate. Celebrate. We believe that good food should be accessible to everyone and that every meal is a chance to connect with others.
This is a dry to wet marinade for pimping your braai. It begins as a dry seasoning and on contact with meat, chicken, or veggies turns into a wet marinade in under 20 minutes. With a built in tenderiser, the flavours take your braai to the next level.
Elevate a bland mayo with a choice of four next-level flavours. Declutter the fridge, keeping only your favourite mayo. Add one of the Pimp my Mayo dry seasonings to create your own range of delicious mayos or sauces. Transform Burgers, Salads and fries in only one spoonful of goodness.

A Dry to Wet Marinade
A delicious dry marinade that becomes wet when added to meat, fish, poultry. Apart from the flavour sensations off the braai, the following also applies;
A combination that is oh so good. Red wine forms a subtle base with the rosemary and mushroom giving a deep earthy note to the spice. Just perfect on any red meat. Add a splash of red wine to the spice for extra red wine notes.
This is truly the South African flavour of dreams! It is full of the typical notes we all love in a braai, smokey, meaty and full of flavour.
For those who like something spicy we have developed the sweet and sticky Korean BBQ. Cayenne pepper, chilli and ginger make up the base of this flavour with a sweet note to balance.
We have combined tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, thyme and parsley to deliver the classic Italian flavour bomb.

Elevate your favourite mayo from bland to grand. But first declutter your fridge with half used old flavoured mayos. You just need your favourite mayo and to that you add Pimp my Mayo seasonings to elevate burgers, fries, chicken, cold meat, salad and sarmies
