We’re thrilled to introduce Think Flavour, a food innovation company founded by Nicki Russell, a seasoned food developer and innovator with a contagious passion for creating mouth-watering delights that bring people together.

The Range

With years of experience in the food industry, Nicki has taken the bold step of launching two innovative ranges, Pimp my Braai and Pimp my Mayo. Both punch above their weight and bring new concepts to the table.

Our Debut and Motto

Our motto is simple: Innovate. Elevate. Celebrate. We believe that good food should be accessible to everyone and that every meal is a chance to connect with others. We’re also proud to partner with Six Dogs Distillery going forward, a collaboration where we can both learn from each other and grow together.

Pimp my Braai™

This is a dry to wet marinade for pimping your braai. It begins as a dry seasoning and on contact with meat, chicken, or veggies turns into a wet marinade in under 20 minutes. With a built in tenderiser, the flavours take your braai to the next level.

Pimp my Mayo™

Elevate a bland mayo with a choice of four next-level flavours. Declutter the fridge, keeping only your favourite mayo. Add one of the Pimp my Mayo dry seasonings to create your own range of delicious mayos or sauces. Transform Burgers, Salads and fries in only one spoonful of goodness.

Coming soon. Pimp my party changes the way we celebrate. A mouth watering explosion of taste. Watch this space -we can’t wait to bring out this creation

Pimp my Braai™

A Dry to Wet Marinade

A delicious dry marinade that becomes wet when added to meat, fish, poultry. Apart from the flavour sensations off the braai, the following also applies;

  1. Enhanced flavour penetration: The dry seasoning can adhere better to the meat’s surface and give a deeper flavour
  2. Moisture control: It allows for less moisture during the initial stage, but within 20 minutes a deeply flavoured wet marinade has the meat, chicken or veggies ready to braai
  3. Flexibility: You can adjust the flavour profile and intensity to your own taste
Red Wine, Rosemary & Porcini Mushroom

A combination that is oh so good. Red wine forms a subtle base with the rosemary and mushroom giving a deep earthy note to the spice. Just perfect on any red meat. Add a splash of red wine to the spice for extra red wine notes.
