Ingredients
- 2 tsp Pimp My Braai Sweet & Sticky Korean BBQ spice
- 350 g Beef sirloin or rump thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 200 g Udon or ramen noodles
- 200 g Broccolini or pak choi
- 1 Red pepper sliced
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Spring onions sliced
- 1 Egg soft-boiled, to serve
- Sesame seeds and chilli flakes to garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to pack instructions. Drain and toss with a little sesame oil to prevent sticking.
- Coat sliced beef with Pimp My Braai Sweet & Sticky Korean BBQ spice. Heat a wok or wide pan until very hot. Stir-fry beef in batches over maximum heat for 2 minutes- high heat, fast movement, charred edges.
- Add broccolini and red pepper to the wok, toss 3 minutes. Mix soy sauce and honey and pour over, toss 1 minute more.
- Divide noodles into bowls, pile on the beef and vegetables, top with a soft boiled egg, scatter spring onions, sesame seeds and chilli flakes.
