NICKI RUSSELL  FOUNDER AND CEO

Nicki is a prominent South African food innovator and entrepreneur, celebrated for her transformative impact on the country’s food retail landscape. With a career spanning over 27 years, she has been instrumental in developing award-winning products for major retailers Woolworths and Pick n Pay, earning 35 Sunday Times awards in the process.

As the founder of Think Flavour, Nicki channels her extensive industry experience into creating innovative culinary products that resonate with modern consumers.

Beyond Think Flavour, Nicki contributes to the broader food industry as a Consultant and as an advisory board member of the Africa Food Show, where she shares her insights and expertise to inspire and guide emerging food businesses.

BIANCA STALS FINANCE

Bianca has financial management experience in many of the major sectors in South Africa, e.g. manufacturing, farming, hospitality, retail and the service industry. She attained her BCOMPT degree through UNISA, and has since completed her articles. When Bianca is not in front of her laptop getting management accounts ready, she loves to read, have fun in the kitchen testing new recipes, play with her dogs, and spend time with friends.

TINA DAYIMANI BUSINESS COORDINATOR

Tina is one of the faces behind Think Flavour, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting our email marketing and updates on the website to processing orders and keeping customers informed, she makes sure every detail is taken care of.

Whether she’s coordinating deliveries, managing stock transfers, generating quotes, or looking after our Takealot store, Tina brings organisation, care, and a positive attitude to everything she does. Passionate about great customer experiences and building lasting relationships, she’s proud to play a part in bringing the Think Flavour brand to kitchens across South Africa.

NIKITA HENDRICKS ORDERS AND LOGISTICS

Nikita is responsible for stock control and quality of our product. She’s very passionate and hardworking when it comes to her role. She is a very family-oriented and caring person who loves meeting new people. She loves swimming and good food!

MONIQUE VICTOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Monique  believes the best memories are made around the table. She loves finding ways to make cooking quicker, easier, and full of flavour, so that she can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with the people she loves.
